iTalent is an International Talent Agency based in Germany founded by Fernanda Alvarez. We are a global experienced hire recruitment agency and international candidate developer.

A decade ago, our team recognized an increasing need for multicultural skilled talent from all over the world. Soon, we became the recruitment partner our clients rely on for all their global staffing needs, allowing us to identify the importance of supporting these mobile candidates on their professional journey in a new country.

About Fernanda
Fernanda has over 20 years of experience in multinational companies and governmental organizations. She successfully led projects in areas such as post-merger integration, investment and export promotion, international project deployments, coaching, and event organization in Mexico and Germany.
​
She holds a BA in International Business from ITESM in Mexico, a Diploma in European Affairs from CERAM Business School in France, and a MA in Social Sciences from the University of Freiburg in Germany, where she was a DAAD scholar for her studies abroad in South Africa and India.
